Our company, established in 1972, is located in YuQ town   of XiShan City known as "the bright pearl of rivers and akes"   Our company, established in 1972, is located in YuQi town of   XiShan City known as "the bright pearl of rivers and lakes" in   south of china. It is designed as a special producer of phosph-   ate  and compound fertilizer by the ministry of Agriculture, the   ministry of chemical industry and  the  provincial  Agriculture   and Forestry  Department, provincial  petrochemical  industry   Department. It is also a member of the Group  Corperation  of   Agriculture production means, and an enterprise of the system   project of scientifically applying fertilizer by the state science   and technology commission. We own over 600 stuff and wor-   kers, 80 technicians.  We have  the  fixed  assets  of  RMB  £¤   80,000,000. The annual output of the phosphate and compound   fertilizer reaches 500,000tons. By the end of 1995, total value   of output will reach  0.3  billion RMB£¤,which makes our co-   mpany come the first among township enterprises in this field.        In 1993, we set up  "Sino-foreign joint venture  Wuxi Yuan   Dong chemical fertilizer Co.,Ltd "with China national agricul-   ture  product  means group Co., and Hong Kong K.P.I industry  Co.,Ltd.        In the very year we successfully developed the colorful  hi-   gh-consistency  compound fertilizer filling a blank in our cou-   ntry.        We had formally applied for its patent right  through  speci-

 

alists  examination  and  confirmation.  In Dec. of  1993 the product was appointed to take    part in the 96th VERONA international Agriculture Fair of Italy by the ministry of Agricu-    lture.           In 1994, it  obtained  provincial  high  quality  and new product "Gold bull" prize and    nation-wide exclusive  characteristic  gold prize.  This year it was awarded "well-known    Chinese  brand name product" and the title of "national excellent new product". "XIRON-    G", "SATELI" brand compound fertilizers have been passed the qualification examination    of provincial exempted product,recommended to the whole country.Meanwhile, the comp-    any  also  set  up  "XILING"  compound fertilizer institute which has 15 persons including    senior engineers and senior agronomists,specially keeping up exploiting technical study of    chemical fertilizer. We have provided technical service to 40 enterprises or  so  in  Fujian,    Yunnan provinces,etc.  Furthermore, we have transferred technique and provided the tech-    nical consultation to Vietnam,Indonesia and so on.The company has been continuously sel-    ected  as  "star enterprise" and "industry of stressing contract and keeping promise" by city    government.           In 1994, the company was awarded" one of 100 the largest township chemical industry    enterprises of China.           The  premier  of  the state council Lipeng  joyfully  inscribed the name of factory for us    when he visited our plant in 1990.
